More than Conquerers? Yes.

Read: Romans 8:31

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Reflect:

God is for us. There is no fine print at the bottom of a sales contract or credit card application. God is for us, but what does it mean in our life today?

How is God with us? We know the Spirit is at work through us and we are once again reminded that Christ is interceding on our behalf as well. So, “who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?”(Romans 8:35).

Paul goes on to say, “No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8: 37-39)

Respond:

It may not be so easy to believe right now, but God is for us. Even when we face difficult times, He is at work bringing about the best for us.
