You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body

Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex!
Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.
You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion,
as I was woven together in the dark of the womb.
The process of life from conception to birth and to death and eternity is amazing if you take the time to think about it.
The verses above have been referenced during my entire life as part of the Pro-Life movement and the passage certainly indicates God has been intricately involved from the very beginning of your life. Before your mother knew she was pregnant, before your parents announced their joy, God knew all about you, every detail from the inside out.
Today, we know much more about the intricacies of the human body than in David’s day, but, surprisingly, many in our day deny the hand of God in our human bodies as well as all of creation.
Romans 1 tells us “ For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse” (Romans 1:20).
How should we respond to God’s involvement in our lives as followers of Christ? We should respond in awe and reverence. Consider these words from Alistair Begg –
